- 4 oz chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil (to coat the pan)
Combine juice, sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Then add the sliced chicken and coat it up (you can always let it marinate for a while too, I’m just impatient!) I turned the stovetop on medium-high heat, coated with the olive oil, then poured the chicken mixture in. Cook until chicken’s not pink!
I threw a few pineapple rings in there to simmer as well. This is so delicious topped over rice and/or veggies (especially broccoli YUM). Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
